Comment: I only play the game 5 or 6 times a year with an average score of about 100. Recently I purchased a dozen assorted preowned Maxfli golf balls from Walmart under the assumption that most would be gone by the end of the round. I had also purchased a Taylor-Made Burner Driver, which, with the exception of putters, was the first time I had ever bought a brand new golf club.
I was playing my usual game of fading and slicing them about 225 yards. On number 12, as a joke, I pulled out the pink Noodle Ice ball. After the teasing was over, I proceeded to hit it straight as an arrow almost 50 yards farther than any dirve I had hit that day. I thought it was a fluke until the same thing happened on number 13. A couple of holes later, I got overagressive and lost it in the water. Then I pulled out the yellow one and had the same success.
I haven't had the chance to use any of the balls I purchased from Amazon, and I certainly can't make any solid conclusions based upon 7 holes of golf, but I was impressed enough to take a gamble on these. I'll post an update after I use them.
